Yummy Green Salad: I've been on a salad kick for the past couple of days. This one has cucmber, cheese, shredded carrots, chick peas, beets (which are so good on salads), and cashews. I also like to add hard boiled eggs, chunked ham, or crumbled bacon sometimes.
