Quiche


Quiche: 1 frozen pastry shell, 1 tsp. green onion (I use a little more), 1 cup ham, cubed small, 1 cup swiss cheese, grated, 5 eggs, 1 cup half and half, 1/8 tsp. lemon zest, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/3 tsp. dry mustard. Sprinkle the botttom of the unbaked pie shell with ham, green onion, and cheese. Beat eggs, half and half, dry mustard, salt, and lemon zest. Pour over the top and bake at 325 for about 45 min - or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don't overbake
