Orecchiette with Sausage and Broccoli: Cook pasta but keep the pasta water to use later. Cook sausage and drain oil. Add garlic, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to season. Steam broccoli and add it to the sausage along with the pasta and combine using left over pasta water to moisten as you go. Top it with a little parmesan cheese. I usually add fresh spinach at the end too and let it wilt in - but I didn't have any this time. Daniel loves the noodles and the broccoli.
