Zuchini Gratin

Zuchini Gratin

In baking dish, a little olive oil on bottom, spread around.
Slice zucchini lengthwise in broad strips ¼ to ½ inch thick. Be consistent.
Create layers: Zucchini slices
Drizzle with cream
Salt and ground pepper
Cheeses (mozzerella, Mont Jack, Parmesan)
Or (Fontina, mozzerella, Romano)
Sprinkle with bread crumbs
Repeat layers.
Top with dabs of butter, 1 Tbsp., or so and bake 375* for 30-40 minutes till bubbly and tender.
