Broccoli Salad

2 bunches of broccoli about 1 pound
1 Medium purple onion (finely chopped)
1 Cup of grated cheese
6 strips of bacon
1/2 Cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 Cup of cashews
Dressing:
1 Cup of Mayo
2 Tablespoons of white vinegar
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Chill for an hour before tossing with salad.
In a large bowl combine broccoli, onion, cheese. Refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in bacon. Add seeds, nuts and pour dressing over and stir.
