Whole Wheat Muffins
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup milk
½ cup butter melted (or ¼ cup butter, ¼ cup applesauce)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the wet ingredients together. Then combine the dry with the wet. Don’t overmix! Put in greased muffin tins. Fill about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 min.
