Grandma's Barbecue Chicken
Combine:
1 cup bottled barbecue sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
Add:
1 large onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. celery salt
½ cup brown sugar (a little less)
2 capfuls Worcestershire sauce
½ cup green pepper, chopped
1 ½ tsp. flour
Paprika
Pour over one large cut-up fryer chicken in a baking pan. Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 325 degrees, then one more hour uncovered.
