Sweet Corn Bread

Sweet Corn Bread

Combine in medium bowl:

½ cup cornmeal
1/½ cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt


Combine in small bowl:
1/3 cup oil
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk

Add milk mixture to flour mixture. Stir just until blended. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 35 minutes till done in center and barely browning
