Chicken Satay


Chicken Satay

Chicken breasts, cut in strips or chicken tenders



Marinate in:
1 can cream of coconut
¼ cup lime juice
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
½ cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

Skewer and grill. Serve with peanut dipping sauce.
