Slice goat cheese and dip in egg and then bread crumbs. Melt a little butter and olive oil in a saute pan and cook cheese in pan until crisp and warm or place on a cookie sheet and broil for about 5 minutes. Place on top of salad greens with favorite dressing/vinaigrette.
